I need the straight dope on what a Red can and can't do.

OK I know a red (murderer) can go into a town without getting killed by a guard unless he attacks an innocent, but is there anything else?

-if a blue attacks a red in the guard zone, can the red kill it without being killed by guards? Can the red call the guards on the blue?

-If a red attacks another red in a guard zone, can the (victim) call the guards?
-can a red buy stuff from NPC vendors? Player vendors?

-can a red do quests from NPC's? Solen quest for example?

-banking?

Yes, the innocent becomes a legal kill for the red.
No, guards will not help murderers under any circumstances.

Am not sure about NPC purchases, But i believe they can buy from player vendors.

Reds can use banks i believe.

Reds can be attacked on sight by blues at any time. Town guards will not come to a murderer's aide. On the other hand, if a red were to attack an innocent in town, the innocent can call the guards, in which you will be guardwhacked. Reds cannot buy items from NPCs and connot be ressed by "Blue" healers, only "Red" healers. If you attacked an innocent OUTSIDE of town, they cannot call the guards, but if you follow them into town and laid another blow upon them, they can call the guards. Reds are permitted to use all banks in Felucca. I'm pretty sure reds are restricted from accepting the solen hive quests, but this is not proved yet.
