The spell works. I blew myself up again just a short while ago. But I'm only a Grand Master, and have yet to summon the Blue Wisp.
I need you to give him one or more of these rare gems from the events. They may be the "reasonably dense source of information".
Wisps trade information. Once we give them whatever it is that they seek, and hopefully these stones will suffice, we can be sure the information they garner will be traded to others. Since these gems are not the true Virtue Stones, I think it's safe to do.
But this may not work.
