I cant find any definitive answers on the time from change to IDOC to the actual fall. Anyone know the exact amount of time? I know when it changed from greatly to IDOC, just dont know what time to go back to it without waiting for hours. ANY help is appreciated.

I believe this is the most accurate..
in danger of collapsing 6 hours 52 minutes, plus any server down time during this phase
When I did IDOC's years back they used to drop between 7 and 10 hours.
In Danger of Collapsing 7-10 hours
You also have to take into account server down and any maintenance that occurs between the time. This is probably why you cannot get a definitive answer. You have the extra variables and one would guess even knowing the exact down time does not give you a 100% time frame as the server backups and restoration points can vary. The login server can affect the house decay timer to I believe. Not sure if there is a separate house/login server. But it the login server downtime seemed to extend the length of time idocs would stay up.

Rumors used to go around that the in game time made a big difference. So say its 23:00 at server down, and when the server comes back up its 12:00 in game time you don't know exactly what day in game this really is. I'd love to see an ingame calendar to test some of these theories. Remember 24 hours in UO time is 2 hours in Real Life Time.

First, if you dont wanna wait the time, your not gonna get the good stuff. All IDOC'rs I know, and ive been doing them for 10 years, know that its a waiting game for the good stuff.
Plan to camp or plan to loot the leftovers!

Second, there is no "exact" time, no matter what anyone says. Ive seen em go as soon as 6 hours 56 minutes from "idoc" and ive seen em last for over 8 hours, with no idea why, as in no server burps etc.

So,if its a good one, plan to be up for server up, wait out the "idoc" time, grab about 6 hours sleep, get up, get the coffee goin, and get your camping gear set up at the idoc!
Oh and have a great time doin it!!

PS....helps pass the time if ya work a skill, so keep your "idoc'r" with an open skill slot and work all them "other" skills just cause!!

Once they go idoc its 6:52 till they fall plus server down. Every once in a while you'll get one that is an hour late. Extremely rarely you will get one that is two hours late. If you don't want to sit at the house in the morning (if it is very good and you want to have your mouse hovered over the nice item you want when the house falls without having a heart attack) then you can show up the night before and time when it goes greatly to idoc then do the math. Otherwise they generally seem to fall around 10 AM+ CST on Baja. I haven't been camping lately but this is what I've heard.
