I know I am known as a fanboy of sorts but I have to admit something about gms.

As everyone knows I am a idocer and I am also the scout and one of the placers for my guild on Legends. During my scouting over the years and more so then ever in recent years I have noticed more script miners and ljers and there houses then ever before. I also come upon the random skill scripter when I am in towns buying cheap resoources (and this means you mr thief {not his real char name}training pick pocketing unattended in a very issolated mage shop) and for the last two years it was pointless to page on them since we had no real gms and you would wait hours (literally) in the que only to get a canned response.

I had all but given up hope til last month I paged on someone and putt the char on my second comp behind me to wait for my uber canned response. Low and behold a gm actauly did come and since then that mule has been mia and the over a mil pouch he was using has not gained in any substantial weight. I being encoraged bye this started actauly doing some foot work and following the protecal and if not getting a response from said busy char paging on them with a stealther on my secondary comp. I have had more success in the last month and although the que is as slow as ever the gms are actualy taking action if the person is not attended.

My two favotrite incidents have been when the theif that was scripting pick pocketing a packie disapeared his packie (with an empty pack) walked to the corner of mage shop that was in the direction of the bucs den macro prison.

Then there is my personal favorite that happened last night where I paged on a script miner and was in the que for a few hours and he loggs in two other script miners and has all three running out of the same script house and after awhile the one I paged on disapears and the gm actualy deleted the 2 mil plus bag off there purch and the other two miners just recall back and forth trying to find the bag to place there resources in over and over.

So I want to personally thank Jeremy and the rest of the devs and the gms as well for trying to improve one of there worst points of customer service and it is encoraging to know (even though its not perfect) you are trying to fix one of the biggest proplems in uo and that is cheating.

Punkbuster was dropped for an unspecified reason, but was incidentally put into Mythic's newest MMO, Warhammer.

I'm still pretty bummed about that. I hope they put it in with the new SA expansion.

The way you know there scripting is when you page and when a gm finaly shows and trys to dialog with them they do not respond or they do not respond when a gm teleports them to another spot and you can see there resources being shifted in there pack because they float above there heads.

I, for one, commend you for supporting this game by actively taking note and then turning in the scripters.

And yes, we all should police our game because common sense will tell you that it is impossible for GMs to be everywhere. If we dont try to help cure the problem who will?

Kudos to you and keep up the good work. If others dont like it...well maybe they have good reason not to.

btw the que is still horrendouse and that is one of the focal points the scripters are relying on to continue cheating because there hopping no one will want to waste hours in the que. Well do what I did. You know there using either dual clients or multiple computers (Like I have at home). I just park a char at the offending persons house and because there so busy scripting I wont time out and just wait it out while using my other comp to play

Actauly doing multiple things in uo is one of the main draws for most of us. If I see some tool cheating and bye doing so telling me there time is more important then mine I will done the hat of the Karma Police happily. Especialy now that I know they are not unstoppable again.

I`ve seen an improvement in GM`s dealings with cheaters in general.Even tho the que takes soooooo long,you actually do (most times) see a red robe show up and yank the cheater to jail.Seen it a few times myself as of late.

I know do this Ask Lance Armstrong, Pete Rose, Barry Bonds, or Mr I miss remember in front of a grand Jury.

I take it as a padge of honor I cant pvp (but still can enjoy fel). I know that should be enough proof I dont cheat myself but hey.

I do believe that the reason he added in his post the fact that he was an Idocer, was merely to show why he was "out and about" at various locations frequently, and thus being able to find a number of scripters.

Why is it that it is when I am recalling off my rune library books to every single player run house is when I find these unattended scripters if I am unattended myself as you and others claim (btw scouting and timing is the two hardest parts to idocing honestly and since I know you wont dare attack my guild member whom gets the times) then how in the bloody hell do I stop and know to invistigate and see if the char I found in the middle of nowhere is cheating or not?

Do I have radar that no one else in uo has that defaults whenever my computer detects a script and pauses and hides my char? I mean Omni please please respond. Or any of the other posters (all of whom are in a rival idoc guild that is only posting here to troll and have not said one thing to unsubstantiate my claim other then juvenile remarks and comments).

Or do I have a script that just stops my script whenever I see a char on screen ( I think if this was the case I would have allot of corpses around yew gate). How can you back it up? Can you see their computer screens? Are they cheating because you pop in say HI ARE YOU THERE SCRIPTER OR ARE YOU CHEATING and they dont respond, does that mean they are cheating? Because they have alot of ore in a pack on a step? I know SEVERAL legit people who mine for weeks straight and do it attended. I mean can you see what their computers are running and doing? I mean how can you back it up? How?
