I just lost a chest locked and secure in my home

Hello!
disappeared a chest full of reward item in my house !
This is a great valuables for me, and because only it was lost?

I need to say it is locked and secure!

I reported this as a bug, and tried to talk to a GM unsuccessfully!
from now on I have to leave these items in stock in the bank?

Was this chest on the main floor of your home?
If the chest was placed on the floor, or not on the main floor have you tried to get its tag?
Have you used circle trans to see if it fell under the floor if placed on the main level of the home?
Or Ctrl /Shift to get tags ?
This may be done outside your home to get tags if they do not show up inside.
Have you looked to see if the lockdown limit has changed?
Some houses have trouble if placed on terrain that is uneven or near a server line.
Calm down, and repage a GM with a very short message that a Secure has vanished from your home you need assistance locating it if it went under the house.
* Ther are places in what is known as limbo that only a GM can see under the house base. We call this the basement.

was on the ground floor, on top of two others, I've done it all.
What about GM s o far had no response
thanks for the help but I think I will not take back my chest but I must say, that after more than two years in the same place I just lost a chest of priceless!

If you enter custom house mode it should throw out any non-locked items out of the house and place them under the sign. It used to do this but may of changed.

DjAd has a point..if your house is a customizeable house that is. IF you put something on the spot you had the chest and go into that mode anything there if invisable would pop into your moving crate... Also did you look into that? The house sign to se if it might have gone into the crate?
Also if you do go into the customize mode you can see if anything is under the house... beleave it or not sometimes things fall between floors and this will show if it is there.

I have had a chest that was stacked on some others fall down where two of the chests were then in the exact location. Once I moved the one I could see the other was there. So try moving the two it was stacked on to see if it is there.

Oh I had that happen in one of my classic homes a chest from a shipwreck "fell" under another.
Took a GM to tell me it was there hehe
Try it. it cant hurt
