i guess doom artys should just fall in your pack when you go into doom as well without killing the DF cuz thats to risky, wouldnt wanna die trying to get your reward.

the only way they would put a harrower in tram role set would be if it didnt drop scrolls and just always spawned there. you cant ask fel guilds to use there skulls and have the thing spawn in tram.

It's not about "you can't get scrolls in tram", it's about you can't enjoy fighting the Harrower in the company of decent rolplaying friends.

Since the game is, de facto, about the Trammel ruleset, and UO exists today ONLY because players are permitted to play most of the game in a gank-free environment, there really is no reason to deny this vast majority of players access to the full experience of PvM, including, of course, the Harrower.

On a side note, to be fair to the issue, people should be able to get scrolls in tram so long as they can also get currently tram-only artifacts in fel.

you cry you cant do all the pvm cuz some of it is only in fel well im upset my reds cant go to tram and pvp cuz most of the people are in tram.
you cant always get everything you know. there should be things that are left in only one place.

there have been way to many threads crying about trammys wanting the goods of fel with out the pks. its getting old imo

Firstly - get a new keyboard - your caps key and ! are apparently malfunctioning. The shift key is your friend, but only if you use it wisely. I always imagine some 6yo kid demanding a sweet when I read caps and !!! and I don't think that's the effect you were aiming for. At least I hope it wasn't...

Here again is a quick guide to getting your safe harrower spawn:

Buy or obtain a set of skulls
Find the ICQ of a large PvP guild of your choice and ask if they'd be interested in running an open harry
Contact the news team for Europa and get an event posted in the calendar
Turn up

It's been done umpteen times on Europa with great success and if the CoRE RPers managed in their basic kit, I don't know how you couldn't do the same.

Or... buy the scrolls and leave Fel alone. Do anything you like in fact, just don't screw up Fel just to suit your own personal "needs". How many vendors on Europa sell powerscrolls? What prevents you from buying scrolls?

I dunno why I still bother with these threads at times, it seems like players like you are so terrified of dying it's unreal. How do you cross the road in RL if you're this worried about a game toon? You lose less by dying in PvP, and at least a player may feel sorry for you enough to offer a res. I'll be darned if my neighborhood liches are that generous

Why not ask for a Tram rule set only shard? Like Siege but for Trammel players

I hope this new SA introduces a whole new way not like fel or tram.

Or heres an idea instead the champs and new harrower droping stat or PS's how about them droping those Scroll of Alacrity. I thought they came in handy.

I agree that the champs in Ishh and tokyno are pretty much pointless exspecially with the changes with bags of sending since other then a possible arty from a paragon you get all that gold that spawns on the ground yet no way to get it all up and back to bank with out having a beetle. The Tokyno treasures brought me to doing the tokyno champ spawn but thats came and gone twice.

Finding that balance to please both the fel and tram players has to be a hard task. I'm glad I play both sides I benefit either way they go.

People who choose to play only in the Trammel Rule-set should be happy with what they have: Malas (Luna, DOOM, etc.), Ilshenar, PK-free dungeons, no stealing, etc. People who play in Trammel Rule-set have a nice relaxed role-playing environment where they don't have to worry about immature rat kids or PK guilds who just like to spoil everyone's fun.

People who choose to play only in Felucca Rule-set should be happy with what they have: PKing/Murdering, PvP, Champ Spawns, The Harrower, etc. People who choose to be Red have a nice intense environment where any player may attack them on-site. Fel can be a real adrenaline rush at times.

Personally, I play in both. I do BOD runs and craft in Trammel. I like doing the DOOM Gauntlet every once in awhile, and the Shard Events are much more fun in Trammel. On the other hand, Felucca with it's Champ Spawns and PvP can be almost as entertaining as a slow game of Unreal Tournament in 2D.

So my opinion is this: Leave the Trammel stuff in Trammel and leave the Felucca stuck in Felucca. Enough said.

I have no issue with a harrower in Tram as long as there are no scrolls. What's the risk vs. reward in that if you can't get raided? It would be an EASY way of getting rich. Like Doom. And besides, if you just want to RP killing a Harry then there is no need to get a scroll...

I very much disagree that champ spawns and especially harrowers should be in a Trammel ruleset. However, I think it'd be pretty damn funny to watch a bunch of "trammies" try to kill the harry especially the tentacles.
