Geminid meteor shower has begun. Looks like it should be a great show!

That stinks ): We cleared up just before the peak. Was actually a very good show. Keep an eye out for comet 46p. Should be visable with the naked eye starting the 16th and should stay that way for a few weeks.

I'll watch if there's clear skies. It's been a dreich autumn/winter this year though, loads of cloud cover. When it's clear, it's jaw dropping. The streetlights go out about 11pm usually & I can see the whole Milky Way from the back garden when it's clear!
