I have a defunked sim

I have a few sims, and one of them ran a very nice store for a long time until i found she couldn't land there without poofing, so finally she got roomies to help out and they couldn't land there without poofing. I got so many messages in the game of people asking why they could land everywhere else, but not my store. So I have another property and after getting most things set up, i moved this sim in. Guess what!! Noone can land there without poofing. I moved her out and now we can land again.. HELP! I have done everything with her, cleaned the cache, emptied mail, put walls down. It is her!
