I finally did it.

The short and long of it: I went in about midnight, out at 12:50. I used a lot ..LOT of toonup. I used one Pete, one Moe and that was it for non-toonup stuff. I used all my 7s but the train, and I had no fires as I have no suit on the bear yet. I lost 22 laff in the pie round; most of my unites and SOS and doodle calls were used in cog round, since skel round was a level 7 fest.
