I can't trade with Ophidian Merchants? But I've got 2361 Loyalty!

Now, how am I supposed to increase loyalty to the ophidians; the Bane are up against the Meer now.

I've been killing bane on Europa, and gaining 3 meer and ophidian loyalty points from each kill.
