i cant log into my ea mythic master accounts sigh...

i was able to last week and now i cant can someone tell me what i need to do to get back in? I have been trying to email broadsword or uo support and there assistance is pretty awfull as in takes them week or weeks to respond ..

I am trying to get the accounts from these two master accounts unlinked and linked to a new ea master account and have sent over 10 emails and its been over a month why is this so complicated and difficult thing to do throws hands in air platoon style...
