I cant activate my rustic and gothic theme packs

I cant activate my rustic and gothic theme packs bought today on my accounts.

Every time i try todo this i got the error message: This code cannot be applied to this game account

I have also had a chat with the customer support, they couldnt help me. Damm Account Migration!

Yeah, can´t use codes atm from what I understand.

Wait until they have fixed the Account migration and give us a green light to be able to use codes again.

Because WAR and DAoC players can buy and use gametime codes as of at least 5 days ago. UO players still cant.

Yea the support agent I talked to knew what game I was playing. Also he said he "talked to the main uo guy" and thats the direction he suggested sending me. No joke. Thats what the dude told me, word for word.

My excuse is i looked at my credit card, see ahh this month there is a bit money left and then i thought of buying these codes and what i thought was, maybe the codes are not working in the account managment, but if they know that, the support will be able to activate them manually, a mistake sorry.

Well, I bought my Gothic theme pack codes on the 8th of August and had no idea that I would be waiting over 2 weeks (and I still can't apply them).

yea., ive been trying to activate sa at least twice a day and it keeps saying invalid code.

NatalieVain, please read threads here. We have been told repeatedly not to try to apply codes until they advise us that they are working again.
