I cannot play The Sims Online, the game crashes

I am unable to launch The Sims ONline. I am actually able launch the updater, then once the update is finished, the TSO splash screeen appears, then after that The Sims ONnline window opens. After that, you hear the musci begin to play, and then the game crashes. While the TSO window is open, you can hear music, but not see any content, it is a empty window.

I have tried launching in WIndows and all other modes. I cannot enter The Sims ONline or Test Center 3. I have tried launching TSOCLient.EXE, but when I do, the game still crashes.

I am running WIndows Vista 16 bit.
