[Buying] I am looking to buy a Keep or a Castle

I have been searching forever to buy a Keep or a Castle and I can not find any that are for sale... If you have one of these preferably a Castle but a keep will do fine untill I can get a Castle...
I am looking for anything that is not in Fel..
