What I would consider a standard thrower template would consist of: throwing, tactics, anatomy, bushido, chivalry, healing. There are however some popular variations, each geared towards a playstyle. I think for PvM the whammy thrower (uses low necro and high spirit speak) is probably best. I'm sure you can find some good ideas over in the warrior forums.
