Ok have not played since right after Samurai Empire came out. I am trying to build armor sets for a few of my characters (my house fell with most of my good stuff many years ago). What is considered good stuff these days anyway? FC/FCR? Resists (70s still good)? LRC...is 12% or greater still good?
What monsters do people farm now? I see no one doing Bloods, Balrons and Sphynx. Paragons still worthwhile? and of course Doom Gauntlet? have not been there yet but if I go will I be alone?

70s for resist is good, FC/FCR depends on your template. LRC aswell- 100 lrc is the favorite since you wont need regs or tithing points with that.
Dexers- full resists, hci dci (cap is 45 each), Hp regen is nice, any str or dex bonus stuff.
mage- full lrc, Lmc (40 cap) Mana regen, resists, 3/6 fc/fcr if possible.
