Arielle can also be found near the Shrine of Sacrifice in Fel if that's where you are stuck.
You might still need to use a blue char to grab the baubles in Ilshenar though.

Thanx, that's exactly what I wanted!
Baubles are found around the Shrine in Fel too, so no need to venture elsewhere.
