Huge problem with Origin Store and UO

Went to https://www.origin.com/en-us/store/...tml?no-auto-login=true&no-auto-login=true#564 to see if there were any UO deals. Boy what an eye opener I got. There are NO, NONE, ZERO, ZILCH came time codes for sell. Also you can no longer buy SA with the 30 days. What the #@%&*&*(%^*^$%#%$ is going on.

Just checked the Origin store from Washington State. Game time and SA+30 days are both still available. However, you have to do some clever searching to find them.

Type "Ultima Online" into the search box, and then click the PC Download link at the bottom of the search box. That should net you 26 hits (25 for UO, 1 for Battlefield). These should include SA+30 days, but didn't include GameTime or Forged metal with 10 charges (for me at least). It did include Forged metal with 5 charges.

Type "Ultima" into the search box, click the PC link and now you get pages of stuff, including the Forged metal 10 charges and SA+30 Days, but still no GameTime.

Type "Game Time" into the search box and click "Other" as the category and you should get the 1, 3, and 6 month GameTime options.

It looks like UO GameTime is filed under "Game Time" in the "Other" category. It doesn't appear that Game Time is associated with UO in the Origin search engine.

Between the store and account management... well, it's not good. As much as I love UO, if I was a player trying to come back after several years away, I'm not sure I'd be willing to deal with the current frustrations.

Like I said... This utter and complete stupidity has gone on now for months. It's very apparent that there are people within one of those two organizations that are actively working to kill UO. There can be no other reason for a company that sells a product to not fix these things for days, let alone months.

Ok, not sure how you searched Frodo, but I went to the origin store main site and simply entered "ultima online" into the search. Found all the goodies with no problem.
Not trying to defend them, in fact since the account management changes a lot of problems seem to have not been fixed (primarily the "forgot password" for the master account).

I just went back to the store and tried this. I did it this morning and got only "3" results. This time I got "33" results, including all 3 gametime coupons, however, still no Forged metal 10 charges.

Switching the search criteria to "Ultima" netted me "34" results. This time forged metal 10 charges showed up, all three Game Times were missing, with the "ultimate" editions of other games replacing the Game Time coupons.

This is interesting as it appears to be different set of search results then what I saw this morning.

I'm using firefox. Located in Southern California. My search also brings up the forged metal code too, only 5 charges though.

Ah, well then store strangeness for me might be that I'm using IE11 for win 7.

Left hand side of screen "Genre" "MMO" should take you to every thing that has anything to do with MMO, is that not what UO is? I repeat this site is so screw up. EA has no clue.

Same here from Norway. No game time codes, and only 5 charge artifact tool, no 10 charge. Is also few other things i know is missing.

I just looked in the US store, and it looks like all the UO stuff is for sale there, all the game time codes for sure.

King's Collection is also missing if you're browsing from some European parts (Germany/Austria/Switzerland, that is).

Please fix this! I don't wanna fake IPs just to order things!

the 10 use forged metal of artifacts is there, i just typed Forged in the search, and they both came up. its a bit frustrating having to use several different search terms just to get to what you want.

They are working on putting the store in game I think, wait till that is done, where they actualy have control over stuff, and able to run pormotions, add new items, and make adjustments with ease.

If you are still having issues, you can probably find one of any numbers of brokers selling UO codes for cash or gold.

I have the Origin store on favorites in google chrome and check it several times a day to see if anything is on sale since when things are on sale the sale tends to last only for a few hours.

I was looking for the King's Collection but it wasn't showing, so I after a bit I thought maybe my favorites link was just old, so I deleted it and re-added the Origin store back to favorites and then I had the King's Collection in the list.

I'm a bit behind on this thread but have 33 results and game time shows, along with Battlefield 3, which I would like removed.

But yes if using a favorites link to check the origin store try deleting your old link and remaking a new one, especially after any new items are added to the store.
