How was this done?

I want to recreate this, but every time I try the pieces bounce back in my pack. Any help?

Place the block, tile or w/ever in a bag then chop the bag.

But it won't lock down outside like that?

I tried anyways, but it say's "I can't do that" when I try and ax the box.

think you have to lock down the box, then axe it
or try a different container

You cannot lock down something that is outside the perimeters of a house. You can lay any container down at the foot of the stairs but you cannot lock it down. If you try laying any container down outside the perimeter of a home, the stone stairs bounce back into your pack instantly.

hmm, I'm not sure how that is possible. They've added a row of tiles in front of the house steps. Blocks lowered onto the existing steps is possible, but I've no idea how they've extended forwards like that.

After going searching for it (I didn't find it yet), I think you might be correct on this.

Issue solved, it is a Large Tower and the steps on these extend out further. So much for my idea.
