How to transfer blessed Talisman?

Hi folks!

I decided to stone Cooking and put it on a different template..It so happens that the original template has a cooking talisman with 21 exceptional and 20 cooking.
So of course along with the skill I wanted to transfer the tally to my other character..problem it is blessed and says on the bottom "owned by XXX" And now the char that I put cooking on cant wear the tally? Is there a way this can be changed? Many thanks in advance folks!

ive heard that if you shard transfer it will retain the name, but will rename to the next char that equips it. not worth the 2x transfer for that tali but is possible. what shard you on cause im sure i got a tali that would be at least that good id give you on cats.

Why waste the effort on a 20/21 tally. It's not worth that much to begin with.

26/26+ is what you're looking for.
