how to take screen shot?

Alright you computer guru's, if I see something funny while playing, how the heck do I take a screen shot of it? I tried just hitting print screen but nothing seems to happen...I know you guys know how to do it....please let me know

There are a lot of screen captures out there you can use, I kinda like "Grabby" search "Adams Grabby" it's an old one that's very basic, you make a folder to save pictures in, start the screen capture, set it for how many to save before it records over the first one, and then just hit "Print Screen" as much as you like, go back later and look at all the pics you took for an event or whatever.

There are also other basic programs that can crop, edit and most important, Compress your Pictures you want to post. There are plenty of free ones out there that are easy to use.

If you are using the KR client, open the Main Menu, then select User Settings, and then click on the Bindings tab. Scroll down to near the bottom of the list of bindings and see what is assigned to "Screenshot." Change it if you don't like what's already there or if it is blank.

Your KR screenshots for all characters (regardless of account or shard) are automatically named (numbered sequentially) and saved in a folder under My Documents\EA Games\Ultima Online\Screen Shot. The whole process of creating the screenshots is reminiscent of using something like SnagIt, i.e., there's no need to open up another program and dump the screen shot into it and then save it before you can take another screen shot and save it, etc. You never have to leave KR....just press the appropriate key whenever you want a screenshot and watch your hard drive gradually get filled up with UO screenshots!

I can't seem to spot a difference between that and just pressing PrintScrn.

Let me see if I get this right, it's one of the other. I think this is the right order.

Alt + PrintScrn captures just the active window - if your window is maximized, it is everything on your screen, otherwise the smaller window.

Ctrl + PrintScrn captures everything on your screen.
