Since the update yesterday greening for work has become almost impossible as you lose all the green you have just worked on when you land at work. What I do now is to green up fully then, without leaving the house im at first, I go to select a sim screen just before work time.
I then go back into the game and call a taxi for work. Although I do still lose some of the green, I am green enough to do 4 shifts still, and as a bonus when I get back home after work Im greened up again when i land.
