How to start my first Sampire OR Archery/Necro

I would like to be able to solo some of the Peerless. Can't do that on Loren (Former Dexxer/Pally). Both Sampire and certain Archery Templates look useful. I can try and be specific:

• Which is generally better for Peerless, or better for Champ Spawns?
• Is ABC Archer still viable?
• Here are my stats, and current caps
• Once I decide which template will suit me better, can you folks advise me on a "starter" suit? I do not seem to be up to date with what is what anymore. Technically I could craft anything, but it looks cheaper to just buy my first suit, or most of it. Perhaps I am mistaken.
• I am open to suggestions, that is why I am asking , but I need to work with Loren, unless he is just borked. That being said, I have 90 Archery stoned, and I splurged on a Mythic token. I DEFINITELY want to get some advice on that before I burn it. $24.99 is a lot of regret. I do not mind spending a little dough to increase my enjoyment, but wasting $$$ sucks.

• Lune/Soleil Rouge ring/bracer
• Sign of Chaos
• Available upgrades(?):
  • Cloak of Death, Cloak of Power, Mace and Shield Glasses, MPO w/ SR 1, DCI 5, LMC 6, DI 15

With pieces I crafted to fill in his stats are :

• STR 125 Dex 115 INT 20 260/260
• Luck 995
• Resists 82/70/70/74/76 (I know the fire is bad, I think it is supposed to be over capped for Sampire?)
• HCI 35, SSI 25, DI 98 (60 w/o weapon)
• FC/FCR 1/0, LMC 39/40
• HPR 6, SR 7, MR 5, DCI 20

I am not set in stone that I want to make him a Sampire or a Necro/Archer. If there is a cheaper, but still effective template that can get the job done on Peerless or a Champ, that works too. Idk folks, with the Scrolls he currently has eaten, he could go pure Pally, like I saw in Corwin's warrior guide. Thanks for reading this wall of text.

Melee archer.

Yes. But melee chars usually better on mid levels of spawns and when you collect keys.

I suggest you to make a bushido paladin. All you need is to get 120 Chivalry and Bushido. Since chivalry is not easy to train to 120 I suggest you to get 30 on jewels. If your suit is good enough you also may get 15-30 bushido on jewels.

120 Sword
120 Chivalry (90+30)
105 Tactics
100 Anatomy
100 Healing
120 Bushido (105+15)
100 Parrying (replace with LJ against easy bosses)
This is already strong template and you can add more skills on jewels if you armor pieces is good enough. You also may drop Parrying to 60 and get all other skills to 120. You also can replace Healing with Resisting Spells.

Paladin, in it's various forms. are the best solo template... I find survivability is best with a chiv archer. My archers can typically solo most peerless and or spawns if I have the correct bow
