how to safely sell a castle?

i am currently trying to sell a castle for 250 as we know u cant fit that much in the screen how should i go about safetly doing it?

use a thrustworthy broker, like a well known trader which are accepted by both players.

Exchange goldchecks with items which are worth selling and have a known value, like crimson, crystaline ring, orni,...

so you reduce the amount of "items" to trade, otherwise you can only recheive 124 checks á 1 mill in a pouch when you naked with empty backpack.

unless its a good buddy, where you can trust the trade going through, i'd use a broker. there are several, 100% trustworthy players that do broker work. i've worked with them, with no problems.

there are people begging for castles everywhere - depending on the shard, you can get way, way more than 250m.
