How to recharge Engravers?

I have heard that armor engraving tools can be recharged. Is this so? And how? Please and thank you :)

Ahh think we found it but it has to be empty to find out. the tinker does it.?!

yup you need 100k and blue diamond to recharge, also I believe that a gm tinker can recharge it as well, but do you trust another player that much to hand over your engraver?

tinkering is the skill that all other skills bloom, they make the tools, who would not have a gm tinker?
