How to reactivate your account?

So yeah......I just attempted to reactivate my accounts and obviously forgot my password after having not used them for 3-4 years.

I clicked on the forgotten password link, they sent me an email, and then I clicked on the link to update my password. When I clicked the save button I get an immediate "There was an error processing your request"

I just read UO doesn't provide phone support....Is the mythic account website down or is there another way to reactivate my accounts?

Remember the call-back service is only during certain times, and Mesanna might not answer until Monday but there are 2 ways to contact someone

Also you will HAVE to have a cc, because gametime codes or anything else UO is not availible in the Origin store.
