How to re-activate account

Hi


I wanted to re-activate an older account.
For the sims online it says 14-Day Free Trial: 8 of 14
(no idea why, haven't messed with subscription for bout 2 month)
So it only gives me the option to cancel subscription not the usual reactivate.

Shall I cancel and then subscribe ......
or just put in billing information.
(I heard a lot of ppl saying that account treats em like free players. I want to avoid calling customer service..)

The way I did it was cancelled and then reactivated with my billing information. From what I have heard it can take up to 24 hours for it to update the account though so be a bit patient.
