How to make older posts with links to the wiki work

It looks like the redirect for old posts with links to the wiki is still not working. Here's a tiny userscript that'll fix those links for you, so they correctly link to the current wiki. It should work in Chrome without anything extra, though I've only tested it with the TamperMonkey extension installed. It should also be fine in Firefox using GreaseMonkey, in Opera, etc. Let me know if you run into any problems. :)

This version will also fix old google.com and google.ca links to the forums so you end up at the post you wanted:
