how to get vet reward?

how can i get the vet rewards to test on test center? such as daive's locker and the new garden shed

If I remember right claiming a vet reward on test center counts against your picks. Is there a gate in Haven? If I remember right that's how we got them to test before

i dont see any moongate in new haven that does this.
1 gate = pet bond
1 gate goes to casino
1 gate goes to despise

"Veteran_Set_Gate" and a chest labeled "Double Click For Vet Rewards" are right next to the "To The Casino" and "Pet Bonding Gate" moongates in New Haven near the bank.
