I was wondering if someone could maybe like draw a map or something? I have no idea where thi splace is but i've got a sampire and thief that I would like to explore the area on. I just have no idea where the place is? I can't use the city moongate to get to the place either. Can you use Corrupted crystal or crystal portals to get to it?

How to get to this new zone where houses are being deleted?

It's Southwest of the public Umbra moongate, which you should be able to use. Anyway, once you leave Umbra, just keep traveling westward until you see a dock. Make sure you have the 4 items equipped, and no pets - the game is very temperamental about that
Marking a rune in that general area SHOULD be possible - I haven't tried, but it's not a far walk.

Yeah, you can mark a rune right at the dock. Can't inside the new area though.
