How to do colored text?

I know I saw this many moons ago.. but how do you colored the text when naming Runebooks? I have searched and cannot find the information on the forums.

It's no longer possible to add HTML to items like runebooks, bracelets of binding, books, house signs, runes, and all the other things people could put type into. Which is kind of a shame since it was fun! But yeah, if you have any of those old items they are considered rare now and go for quite a bit.
