how to change email

hi I want to change my e-mail address for UO.com Account management page. Is it possible to change it since I want to shut down that email address. Has anyone done this cause when I went to do it it only ask if I need to change country, that's it for person info options to change that I seen.

Any help would be appreciated thank you :)
