How to buy Grand Bazaar Pack and Smuggler's Edge ?

I cannot seem to be able to find listed among the purchaseable codes the Grand Bazaar Pack (bundle of Rustic + Gothic packs) and the Smuggler's Edge.

Has anyone bought any of these recently other than in game for gold ? How ?

Can not be done. They quit selling the two as a pack long time ago... and from the sounds of it have no intention of putting them back into a package. And that's despite several who have said they won't purchase them until they are back in a pack.

As for the Smuggler's Edge I have no idea.
