[Bowcraft/Fletching] How Runics work with special wood

I'm planning on hitting 100% Fletching this weekend, and I have a few runics I'm looking to burn. I understand that each runic has set amounts they will increase certain stats on the weapon, but what happens if you use a special wood? For example, if I use Ash wood to make a bow with an Ash runic, will I get the 10% Swing Speed Increase, 20% Lower Requirements plus 2-3 other stats in the 35-75% range, or will it buff the SSI and LR plus maybe add another stat?

It depends on whether the runic actually rolls those properties.

The 10% will add to the Runic SSI, as will lower requirements, if those properties occur from the runic.

The only things that don't stack, for weapons,are the Hit Life Leech 16% from Bloodwood.
