How much Mana Regeneration / Second do you run on your PvP Mage?

I'm curious what people are currently running on their PvP Mage templates.. I'm running about 2.3 MR / Sec myself... others?

If you don't know or simply can't test just post the following & I can crunch the #'s..

My garg mystic has 16 MR, 120 focus, 30 med.
my scribe mystic has 14 mr, 120 focus
my necro mystic has 18 MR, 120 focus
and my thrower mystic has 12 mr, 120 focus, 50 med and has alot of mana issues. mostly due to specials on weapons.

Keep in mind that Chuck hits those MR numbers because he's in factions.

If you're not using faction gear Vexxed, then you're going to be looking at 10-12 MR on your gear most likely.

Should be about 2.31 MR/ Sec... Is that enough most of the time or do you feel "short of mana" very often?

Free lightning's every other swing though! Eat it mages!

I think a better question would be how much damage do you deal for the amount of mana you spend?

16 mana for an AI that's 35+11(on average for a lightning)=46 oh and it can't be interrupted! Every 1.25 seconds too :/

How much does a lightning do? 7 mana for 15-22? guess it depends on if you're scribe or not.. and fighting an elf or not. And it's got a good chance of being interrupted! every .75 seconds (if not interrupted)

Then WOD lol... 30 mana for a wopping 10-18 to a player! every 3 seconds (if not interrupted).

Something's weird here!
