I play on Napa Valley and its very hard to get Saltpeter. I just saw this thread by Mesanna.

Did other shards get more Alchemist over a day ago? We just have 1 in Tram and 1 in Fel. I hope we weren't forgotten, I hope this just hasn't happened to any shards yet.
