Not me. Because of the lack of properties other than Self Repair, Blessed and all 70's, it looks more like a PvP Dueler's suit than anything else.

I
sit on my fire steed with my Virtue set at the bank, with katarina's crock.... crook equipped. They have so much in common.
*sorry, could not resist*
I am torn really. As pointed out above, with the blessed stuff from newbie quests and this set, you can go anywhere without fear of losing anything. That IS a good side. But how many newbies can hunt long enough to actually get a set? last I checked, a full set was well over 2 mill for all pcs. Kind of a catch 22, only newbies really get a benefit from it (an RP'ers, not to take anything away from them), but newbies have a cold chance in hades of ever getting a full set to drop.
Hey, maybe it's a sign of the future, and soon all the attributes except resists will go away?
I must admit some confusion about the whole "can't use powder" thing.... feature.
It appears the intent is to keep the "rares" rare, by letting them wear down. Unless it has self repair. Wait.... Out of 15 new "artifacts", 10 have self repair or are not breakable. Errmmmmmm
First problem is, don't they have to be USED to wear down at all?
And in order for a player to USE them, should they not be perceived as USEFUL by the player?
So, we have 5 semi-useless (usefulness to be determined by the user) items that can't have powder applied. *shrugs*.
Now (anti-flame) I am NOT asking for them to be uber. NOR am I asking for anything specifically. I DO wish the Dev's were more in touch with the game though. Seeing as how they made it what it is through their choices (past and present teams included).
For example, I can MAKE a crook better than Katarina's.
'Nother, those shields. Love the idea of a balance between good properties and limitations, but sheesh. A shield that drops off almost everyone when they get cursed?
