How many discs was UO: 9th Age? (I'm reinstalling)

I no longer have the case to store all the discs in, but I've found the first two discs. Were there more? I seem to think there was a third.. but something is telling me that was just an Ultima game included with the package.

Yep, it was DAoC 14 Day Trial.

I still have all the disks and just reinstalled on my new machine recently.
