How long is MYUO going to be temporarily offline for?

This feature has been "temporarily" down since June 16. We have crossed the two month mark.
MyUO is offline | Mythic Entertainment | Ultima Online

If an update on this has been made, could somebody please point me to it, otherwise can we please get an update from a EA/Mythic Rep about this?

Mythic reps are in Germany selling some new Warhammer MOBA, besides, if they won't even talk to us about people having account payment problems, why would they talk about this?

Was just wondering how long the old herald has been down and how long the new excuse for a website that's "under construction" has been half way up? I'm guessing there's no hope that we'll ever be able to look up characters or guilds again for stats, gimp chimp or any other reasons? Getting harder and harder even for the veterans or anyone who comes back for a period of time to keep finding a reason to fork out $15 a month for "service" like this...

And in that same thread, the stats servers for Warhammer appear to be down:

In Warhammer they've promised a zone revamp, capture the flag in RvR, some new for-show-only armor, a new race, and some spell updates. But they don't have a realm war map or stats either?

I can't confirm the Warhammer stuff as I don't have an active WAR account.
