Lol, ya I have had that happen. Kept seeing a partial 18x18 in the water just off shore by one of my houses. I paged a GM to see if it was legit or some kind of exploit. The GM actually showed, I greeted them and thanked them for showing up. The GM then threatened to ban me unless I told them what 3rd party program I was running to be able to see them. I insisted that they just showed up on my boat next to me and thats when I greeted them. Then then said they could see no house, and wanted to know what kind of exploit I was using to place a house on water and hide it from GMs. I had to explain several times that I was the one who paged with that exact question, that I was not using any 3rd party program, and that They (the GM) is the one who showed visible. I then got a little snippy and recomended they learn how to use their invis function before throwing around accusations, and also that they read the page before showing up and accusing the person that paged of running an exploit when I explained everything in the page itself. Turned out later on I figured out it was a cache problem and nothing client side... there was no house there at all, it was just a graphics glitch. Talk about lowering your faith in Customer Service/Support when you page on a problem... and not only can they not solve the problem or tell you whats going on... but they then accuse you of exploiting because of their own incompetence in running their software, and their own lack of game mechanics. (Sorry, years later and Im still a little aggravated about that experience)
