How far Ultima Online has fallen

I know we usually get to talk about game mechanics and lack of graphics but i have all new complaints.

I just saw a player playing that was openly banned a year or so ago. Its funny of course we expect to see people banned come back to the game, but this guy basically made all the same player names from the account that got banned.

Whats funnier here is i dont think EA even realizes they banned them the first time. Its basically a huge slap in the face saying anything for a subscriber.

How do i know he was banned? Is having his uncle in my vent telling me he was enough? Or the fact i looted his houses? Or maybe the fact all this characters have new suits though? I must be imagining things, EA is up to date, and the fact i reported it and im willing to bet anything it gets totally ignored is almost funny.

I would like to stop and thank whats left of the community to show how desperate you are for any interaction, you will keep anyone you find around. I think everyone needs to stop and ask themselves if any other company or owner of ANY MMORPG that ISNT free would do this also?

This doesn't surprise me at all. EA likes to talk tough but doesn't really care about the cheating and corruption in game. They like to make it look like they do but their actions have shown otherwise. In the past I have friends that I asked to play and their answers are all the same, and that is that they thought they could not ever get ahead due to the rampant cheating. They never bothered trying because other games offered them more trust. Even today there are people who some consider pillars of the UO community and they constantly get away with breaking the rules and then their apologists cover for them.
