[Imbuing] How does one obtain 120 Imbuing scrolls?

do the artificerquest in ter mur, turn in the EE-Quest and obtain from this quest 10 times the 115 PS.
50 EE are one 115 imbuing PS, then take a scrollbinder and *poof* you own one 120 imbuing PS.

Depends on what the going rate for 500 enchanted essences is... 8-12k per seems just a touch high, as the average price on LS seems to be about 1k per... and scroll binders seem to be in the 1500 range...
1mil isn't out of line - doubles the average cost, which should cover the time involved in gathering, doing the turn ins, etc... 4-6 mil is gouging.
