How do you resize the atlas in SA?

I like the new atlas in SA and I want to incorporate it on my screen, but I just need to resize it to fit my monitor. Can it even be done?

Call me 'stupid', but I was expecting handles like UO Automap where I can resize and place anywhere on the screen.

What am I missing?

At the moment you can't (outside of a custom UI). It's a commonly requested feature though.
