How do you ping Test Center ?

I've tried Cmd prompt

ping testcenter1.owo.com
ping tc1.owo.com

& both of those "Request Timed Out" all the packets... What am I doing wrong?

it was 63.117.27.129 a month ago -> times out also.
it keeps changing
