How do you make Soulstone Fragments?

I dont see it under the context menu for Alchemists (using Mortar and Pestle)

Its made via Glassblowing, you need a Blowpipe for that.

You need Void Essence and Crystal stuff, Im not sure on its full name, you get it from the 'Shimmering Crystals'.

*Nods* Yeah it's on the Glassblowing tool, you need 1 Shimmering Crystals to make 1 Crystal Granules (Alchemy Menu - Mortar & Pestle), then 2 Crystal Granules and 2 Void Essences to make 1 Soulstone Fragment. They're tradable but only have 1 charge.

Thank you very much! I went down to shimmering thinking I had to get those scattered crystals with timers, but now I made crystal dust, but dont know how to make the Gorgon Lenses. Any ideas?

Multi-disciplinary item again You must now pass off the crystal dust to your Tinker, and under Misc menu he/she can make with the additon of 2 or 3 scales ( any kind of dragon scales)
