How do you guys work the ROT system?

For those of you on Siege how and what is the best way to work the rot system to get the most gains in a day? I am still a noob so not sure on how the whole rot thing works so an looking for a little guide on best way to use it. Thanks all...

I'm new to siege as well, and the guide in the link below has been a big help to me. See section four for all the info you would ever need on RoT. Basically, its best to work one skill at a time within each RoT range to maximize the skill's usefulness asap. For instance, if you're raising magery and taming and they're both at 70, devote all your 70.0-70.9 RoT points to one skill until it breaks 80, then work the other. That way, one becomes useful more quickly, and also if they're in two ranges then I think you can work both w/o affecting the other. Make sense? Probably not.
