How do you dye a beard?

I just tried to dye my hair/beard, and only my hair was dyed.. Anyone know what I did wrong?

You need to find an NPC (near alchemist shop) who will do this for you, for a fee. Mhm, forgot their name, but once you get there you'll recognize them.
