How do skel dragons get in the dojo

This ones belly is full after it ate the gold farmer for dinner.

Greater Hiryu's raise as skeleton dragons.. and while they won't go after players.. they are attackable by players last I checked. If it's not that.. no idea.

I've got news for you...

If they were animated by one of the monsters, they DO attack players.

They fixed the bug where they didn't, months ago...

No, they don't, but the script probably initiated the attack and the skeletal dragon responded.

Then I suggest you take it up with the undead necros on Lake Austin, that animate the corpses of other undead, then those undead attack me....

It happens all the time in Bedlam, and the leftover EM spawn outside Luna is notorious for the Ancient Liches & Skele dragons animating skele dragon corpses, which attack players.

For that matter, NPC-created undead have been hitting me repeatedly in Cove, but at least those can be guard-whacked.

BTW, the probable source of the Skele is Doom. Doom lies close to the Dojo in the code, and there have been times in the past where the skele from the Doom Bell has somehow jumped into the Dojo after someone there. Perhaps someone has learned how to replicate it, and lured it to the scriptor (which is as bad a rule infraction as scripting, because you not only are luring in a tram ruleset, but also griefing those trying to get to Doom, for one cannot summon Chyloth while the skele is alive).

I'll certainly agree with you that the spawn created summons do attack, but I do not know of anything on level one of the Dojo that casts Necro spells... That is the reason I went a different direction with my answer...

I doubt they are babies when you come invis 15 monsters on them; while they are trying to enjoy their game/relax time - which could be ruined by the luring.

He spawns every so often in there because of our scripter *ammy, is a deterrent :gun: for that.

Hmm I came to the conclusion that greifing by luring in the tram rulest was not only worng and against TOS but is childish.

I bet ya 10-1 though that a GM did this one, they are trying to stop gold farmers without losing accounts.

killing off scripters is one of the funnest parts of UO. The day they stopped letting people loot corpses that became bones in trammel ruleset was the day that provoked me to quit UO for almost 2 years.

I wish they would let us loot bones again in tram. Sometimes I die in bad places and it would be nice to go in with my stealther and just loot my corpse when its bones. I think if they would allow that again. At least while the farming is going on. That would be cool. Most times the farmers don't even come back for their bodies.

they don't come back because they aren't even there. When they do come back, they do so with the knowledge that they lost only a few minutes of farming and lost nothing from the farming they'd done prior to their death.

Its very suspicious when the same rules that some folks cry for, are exactly why scripters are able to prosper so freely.

there is a trick to lure it from doom to the dojo, so other people cant get into doom. It is not a GM or a necro spawn.

Thing is although I do not try to protect scripers but, If you lure and they are a scripter they aren not likely to be around to notice but if you lure on someone not scripitng and you get banned you deserve it, what right do others have to ruin your gameplay exp.

You see a scripter you should page.... thats the only thing you are alowed to do in tram. Does it work ..kinda sometimes, but we have no right to break the TOS just cause someone else does.

Also just becuase you dont get a responce from a gm dont mean they are not looking into it, ive know hunders of ppl that got banned it just takes time.

Think of it this way, if I was short handed do you think I would take the time to show and talk with everyone that paged? Dont mean Im not doing my job, it means im to busy doing my job to waste time talking about it.

It is not our job to deal with scripters is the job of a gm.

You don't take the law into your own hands to deal with crimes in the US or you end up a criminal too. I do not see any room to dispute this at all.

TOS is the TOS you can follow it or risk getting banned.

I would rather btw to have less banning then back in the day when they would ban you for personal reasons.

A guild I was in once got banned, not just the gm, everyone. I never broke the TOS but the only thing to save me was my account was down when it happend.

Still we the players have a way to deal with gold farmers, quit buying gold from online.

Also I would like to remind ppl its not just UO there are gold bot farmers on every MORPG.

Seen them a plenty in WOW
AOC was out for 2 days and you could buy gold online.

Gold farmers are pretty much everyone in trammel.... Its unfair to say buying gold is the root problem. It's not. many people that sell gold don't do so often and are more often than not, casual players with years of accumulated wealth.

Other farmers are scripters or active farmers(trammelites) that simply kill monsters or harvest resources for their own ends. They don't all just do it for rl profit, many get into it just to have more pixels to horde in game.
