How do i unlink a account? please help

like the title says.. i need to unlink a account and the new ******** ea account link all accounts is ********!! before you log in change the email and pw and your good to go... now i cant put in a new email to unlink it from my others.. please help

We don't have the ability to unlink yet. Contact Customer Service, if you have issues with that non-option. I have. ;)

Thank you for your reply.. so i guess tomorrow i will be waitin on hold with EA for what about 2 hrs before i am able to talk to one of there reps? ;)

not sure..i rather talk to one of the idiots for ea rather than email and get another lame @ss response.. plus i can yell at them on the phone :p

You mean to tell us about it? I would think fri night is a good time to let us know. To actually do it however it says sometime in the beginning of the week.

They are still having similar account issues from the Star Wars -> Origin migration from a month ago, so at this point it'd be best for them to get the ball rolling. Unlike the SW players whose game isn't active, ours is active.

The good news is, there is somewhat of a drop-dead date for them to get this all sorted out - Battlefield 3 rolls out in I think October, and they definitely can't let this drag on until then, because BF3 personas are tied directly to the Origin.com account. They are spending $100 million just to advertise that game, and if the game is released and people can't play because of the Origin.com ****up, the media will give them hell over this.

sorry, I was being sarcastic, relating migration & shards down to this new stuff and shards going down.

but yeah, some of the bf3 people are almost getting hostile, waay more serious players I think

Yeah some of them are getting more hostile over the Origin.com thing than any UO player I've seen. I would joke that it was a reflection of the two games, but I've seen hostile UO players in the past and I know plenty of people who play both types.

Still, it's somewhat good for us. The gaming media isn't that interested in UO, Camelot, or Warhammer these days, but they are following the BF3 drama, which increases the pressure on EA to fix this.

why would you want to un-link it?

Plenty of reason's exist, I know ...
However ...
it would be FAIR for me to assume, merely from your board name ...

Selling and transferring the account >Outside< of the system

I inquire because, so far, NO-ONE is reporting conditions ABOUT account transfer ...
As it is now, it APPEARS to not be possible >without paying fee to EA< ..

one qustion then: WHY do YOU want to un-link it?

Anyone figure out how to unlink an account yet? I've been holding a friends account who just came back, but I can't figure out how to actually give it back with the account link thing.

Help please.
