[Bowcraft/Fletching] How do I make this bow?

I imbued up the balanced, swing speed to 25% (enhancing up to 35%), then I added 40% fireball. But then I only had room for like 34% velocity, and I hadn't even started any damage inc.

can anyone give me some pointers on how this bow was created? I'm relatively new to imbuing/crafting.

Its probably:
- start with an exceptional bow of plain wood (maybe even runic crafted to cover balanced)
- pof up
- lower DI
- imbue lightning, ssi 25, velocity
- incr di back (if you want it)
- try to enhance and hope that its not breaking

I can't get the numbers to work out either, but this is how I would make it.

0. toggle do not mark item (Only if you didn't want the maker's mark like that bow)
1. Use an oak fletching kit until I got a balanced composite bow and exceptional with regular wood.
2. POF the bow
3. Lower DI to 1% (weight = 152)
4. Imbue SSI to 25% (weight = 243)
5. Imbue HL to 40% (weight = 355)
6. Imbue Velocity to 40% (W = 467)
7. Raise DI to remaining 17% (not sure how they got 21) (weight = 499)
8. Enhance with Ash
